Return & Exchange:

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  2. The product should have the original packaging and saree folding in same place. Items without the original saree folding/package will not be accepted.

  3. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

  4. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 5 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.

  5. All products are double checked before dispatch. But in certain cases, if damages are found, then returns/exchange is applicable.

  6. Exchange or refund can be done only if wrong or damaged product is received in dispatched condition.

  7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done after which the refund will be done through the requested mode of payment.

  8. Complete unboxing video from “opening the parcel to showing the damage or wrong product” is mandatory for exchange or refund. Any excuses will not be acceptable.

  9. Exchange/returns will not be accepted for satisfactory reasons.

  10. Exchange/ returns will not be accepted for mild colour variations. Mild difference in colour might be there due to digital photography and mobile resolution.

  11. Minute thread pulls and thread mixing or minute thread holes which happen during handloom/weaving process will not be considered as damages. No returns/exchanges will be encouraged for these reasons.

  12. Exchange would be done only once for any saree damages/wrong products.

  13. Exchange or returns cannot be done for colour/design satisfaction purposes.

  14. Products bought during sale are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. There is strictly no cancellation/exchange for the orders placed. The orders placed are final and cannot be modified after confirmation.

  2. We do not have return/exchange policy for international customers.
